Influential Leaders Cohort

What are Ministry Clusters?

Ministry clusters are informal live virtual meetings conducted by the ILC Network throughout the year. A meeting lasts eighty minutes and includes practical teaching, relevant dialogue, ministry prayer, and healthy relationships. Each year a two-day retreat is planned with a special guest speaker that relates to topics explored throughout the journey.

Phase 1: Ministry Beyond Sunday

Once a month we host a live virtual meeting that focuses on practical tools for the mission-minded ministry and/or revitalizing an established church. Topics include themes such as how to expand your influence into different spheres of society, meetups for the non-churched, discipleship through transformation groups, retreats for new believers, starting a service, creating revenue streams and more. These clusters are hosted by Pastors who have proven these methods within the United States, South America, and Europe.

Phase 2: Establishing Leadership

We invest in your leaders in the following areas: expanding relational influence, meetups that turn to cell groups, how to prepare and do a retreat, discipleship through groups, establishing a house of prayer, pastoring your pastors and leaders, and more. These are hosted in a live virtual meeting that occurs multiple times per month and can include various attendees from individual churches.
